As a Customer Relationship Manager for StudyCloud, your motto is that ‘Customer is the king.’ You will be required to bridge the gap between our clients (like schools, colleges and various other institutes) and our after sales team to ensure the seamless coordination between the same.
About the Role & Skills Required:
- Work closely with customers, internal stakeholders, field personnel, and engineer team, while taking into account competitive and industry best practice consideration, in developing and driving product road-map.
- In this role, you should be an excellent communicator who’s able to grasp customer needs and brainstorm ways to fulfil them. You should also have a background in customer service and a good knowledge of our industry.
- You will also be required to understand the hiring needs and talent requirements of the organisation and build a team for the same.
