Introduction

This degree is famously known as a Bachelor of Physiotherapy. Bachelor of Physiotherapy, also known as BPT, is a 4.5-year undergraduate course which includes four years of mandatory studies and six months of compulsory clinical internship. This course is designed for students above the age of 17 and who desire to serve people physically without any medicinal drugs or medicines.

 

Eligibility

Every course asks the fulfilment of some criteria by the students aspiring to it. For performing this course, a candidate has to fulfil a list of requirements which are noted below. 

 

  • The applicant must complete the 10+2 level of Higher Secondary in the stream of science from a recognized university. 
  • The applicant must pursue the science stream with the combination of Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as the mandatory subjects in 11th as well as 12th grade. 
  • The applicant must score at least 50% marks in aggregate in grade 12 if applying in general quota. SC/ST/OBC candidates have to score only 45%.
