Work culture. Things to consider before you think to quit

The question should be, when do you have to quit your job? Surely, you don’t just quit one because you don’t like some parts of the work (who doesn’t!). Every job has its issues, so it's important to balance the pros and cons before you create that call .

For most folks , the first reason for working is to pay our bills and survive. That’s legitimate. But don't forget that there could be a far better job out there with an environment that you simply are easier with, and yet still be ready to sustain your lifestyle

As a human, we all are motivated to satisfy certain needs at different stages. Maslow believes that we'll first strive to satisfy our most fundamental physiological needs. Only after we attain which will we actually move up the pyramid and check out to succeed in for other goals like safety, love and belonging, esteem and eventually at the highest , self-actualization.

  • Physiological needs

One physiological need that we frequently neglect is sleep. It’s not uncommon to possess inadequate amount of sleep once we are rushing a project or clearing backlogs from work. But if we roll in the hay too regularly without respite, it'll not only wreak havoc in your work, but also your personal life.
